Is it possible that JED3 killed Anthony Michael Martinez? Here's the information from the FBI's website:
An unknown male suspect (sketch on left) is being sought for the kidnapping and murder of ten-year-old Anthony Michael Martinez in Beaumont, California. On April 4, 1997, the child was taken at knife point from the backyard of his home, where he was playing with his two younger brothers and two friends. The suspect allegedly put Martinez in a vehicle and then drove away. His body was found a few weeks later in a remote location approximately 20 miles east of Palm Springs, California.

That is quite a likeness to Duncan isn't it?
Incredible that he has gotten around so much for so long.
Looks like the same person to me. Maybe a little thinner, but then I'm sure his way of life has a lot to do with that...anyone so sick minded has to be dead inside.
